1. Acceptance of Our Terms
We are The Alabama Assembly State Militia, Unincorporated, Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

As an independent subset of The Alabama Assembly, we own and operate this website and any other products or services that link to these terms, with oversight provided by The Alabama General Assembly.

Use of this website and any other products or services in relation to this website and provided by The Alabama Assembly State Militia are restricted for use by living men and women. Each individual man or woman's use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our website and services and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to this website and to these terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to these terms by updating the "Last Updated" date, and we reserve our right to do so without providing you with specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued access to our website and use of our services after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.
2. Our Services
The information provided when using our services is between you, the individual man or woman, and us, The Alabama Assembly State Militia, and is not intended for distribution to or use by any person, entity, commercial corporation, or the like, for unlawful purposes. Our website is intended for access by people within the geographically defined States of the Union and our services are for Alabamians and those seeking to correct their status on Alabama and join their State Assembly Militia. Our services include, but may not be limited to, access and use of our website, apps, and products, and creation of accounts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on our website and in our services, including all functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as our trademarks, seals, and logos contained herein.

Our seal is held under Common Law Copyright and Unregistered Trademark. No authorization is granted for the external use of any such property outside of accessing our services, without express written permission from The Alabama Assembly State Militia, and is for your personal, non-commercial use while accessing our services.
4. User Representations
By using our services, you agree that (1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (3) you accept and agree to these lawful terms; (4) you will not access our services through automated or similar means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (5) you will not use our services for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.
5. Account Creation
Accounts are only eligible to be made by members of The Alabama Assembly State Militia. Account creation/access will not be given to any non-member, unless necessary for oversight or required for lawful purposes. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to change, reclaim, or remove a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or obscene.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use our services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Our services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors unless prior authorization is granted by us.

Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of us engaged in providing an portion of the services to you.

We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through our services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from our services, including the content, privacy practices, or other other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. If you decide to leave our services and access a Third-Party Website or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware that these terms no longer govern. You agree that we are not liable losses or for any harm caused by your use of any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation to: (1) monitor our services for violations of our terms; (2) take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these lawful terms, including without limitation, investigating and reporting such activity; and (3) otherwise manage our services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of our services.

We care about data privacy and security. By using our services, you accept our Privacy Policy which is posted on our website.
10. Term and Termination
These lawful terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services. Without limiting any other provision of these lawful terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of our services to any individual for any reason at any time, including without limitation for breach of any of these terms or any applicable laws. We may terminate or use or participation in our services or delete your account at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third-party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third-party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate lawful action.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of our services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our services. We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify our services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use our services during any downtime or discontinuance of any services. Nothing in these lawful terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support our services, or to supply any correction, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these lawful terms and/or our services shall be referred to and resolved by The Alabama General Assembly. We conduct business on the land and soil jurisdiction and are not bound by statutory "law" or "federal law" associated with our employees within the federal government, neither the United States nor the United States of America, nor any franchise thereof, including without limitation, the State of Alabama and the STATE OF ALABAMA.
13. Corrections
There may be information on our services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update the information on our services at any time, without prior notice.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, made by any third-party due to or arising out of: (1) use of our services; (2) breach of these lawful terms; (3) your violation of the rights of a third-party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (4) any overt harmful act toward any other user of our services.

Visiting our services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications.
