Where It All Started
The Founding Fathers knew that a standing army would pose a danger to the inherent rights of the people. After the Revolutionary War, the idea of each State being securitized by its own organized militia was grounded. This idea was drafted into the Bill of Rights; included in and guaranteed by of all three (3) Federal Constitutions:
The Constitution for the united States of America (American Federal Republic)
The Constitution of the United States of America (British Territorial Subcontractor)
The Constitution of the United States (H.R.E. Municipal Subcontractor)

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
Down The Road
A loss of the Founders' vision through generational declination and an undermining of our American government by various actors resulted in a corporate stranglehold over our country's operations. The "Civil War" (Mercenary Conflict) resulted in a broken system; the discontinuance of our American Federal Republic and our two (2) remaining foreign subcontractors gaining control, who began their conquest of incorporating everything and everyone by means of fraud and non-disclosure.
Over time, our militias were absorbed by this corporate government and its Territorial State of State franchises. The Militia Act of 1903 created a newly-codified National Guard for federalization. They claim to be the "modern day militia."

We are here to say otherwise.
Where We Are Now
Who are we?
We are private American State Nationals who have stepped up to serve as American State Citizens in a public capacity to reconstruct the lawful, de jure government owed to the living people on Alabama, our unincorporated State of the Union. The reconstruction and organization of our actual militia is a task only properly declared Americans can fulfill.

While aspects of The Alabama Assembly State Militia may resemble modern military structure, these systems are entirely for organizational purposes and efficiency. We are not a paramilitary or quasi-military force. We are the original unincorporated militia made up of Alabamians, whom modern forces were modeled after. Our focus is on the safety of our communities and the security of Alabama.

We object to the notion that the National Guard is the "modern day militia." Any force or group composed of anyone other than properly declared Americans are substitutions derived from our foreign subcontractors or uneducated individuals still acting under foreign citizenship obligations.

We have taken up the responsibility delegated to us by the Founding Fathers to oversee the only reason for government to exist: to protect the people and their assets.

That's where we shine. The sole purpose of The Alabama Assembly State Militia is to provide rescue, relief, and defense operations to the Alabama general public in times of disaster and conflict.
